Winston Churchill:The "Iron Curtain" Speech

Winston Churchill (1874-1965), in 1946, shortly after the end of World War II, toured the United States with President Truman. He delivered this speech at Westminster College in Missouri after accepting an honorary degree. In this speech he warns of the threat of Communism.
