How do I create or sign in to a LoreNext account?
LoreNext uses a Web3 wallet for sign-in. Connect your wallet from the login page; no traditional password is required. Your wallet address is your identity.
I can't connect my wallet — what should I do?
Make sure your wallet extension or app is unlocked and set to the correct network. Try refreshing the page, switching browsers, or reconnecting. If the problem persists, email us with your wallet type and the error message.
Why can't I access certain content or NFTs?
Some content is gated by NFT access keys. Please verify that the required NFT or pass card is held in the wallet you're signed in with. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support with the content link.
I made a payment but didn't receive my item.
On-chain transactions can take a few minutes to confirm. Please refresh the page after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. If the issue continues after 30 minutes, email us with your transaction hash (TxID).
I found a bug or want to suggest a feature.
